The Xbox Live Marketplace on Xbox.com is alive!

It had a rough start, but today it looks like the Xbox.com Xbox Live Marketplace is open for business and ready to take your Microsoft points. You can hit up the Marketplace by visiting this link where you'll notice that everything is separated into two categories, "Games" and "Videos". From there, you can check out DLC, game demos, movies and even see what's new and what's hot. Oh, and don't forget you can add content to your download queue so that the next time you turn on your 360 your downloads will ... uh, download!

Ya, that's really annoying. It is required for all of it tho. I don't have it installed (although I thought I did) and I could view all I needed.

Also, it'd be nice if they added a free section for things like Gamerpics and Themes. Not a big deal tho.

Silverlight is only required for that first page. If you click on the left side on whatever you want to search, it comes up fine.

I keep getting "You do not have permission to download this content." WHYYYYYYYY.

I'm downloading family games and it still doesn't work, why does it hate me....

Want to see something cool? Look under games -> Full Games -> Xbox 360 Games. Wait, what?! There's nothing there right now, but it looks like full DD downloads for 360 games are comming at some point (Like Halo 3: Recon?).

Microsoft needs to make it so the Xbox never fully turns off (like the Wii). That way if I add something to my download queue, it'll be downloaded and waiting for me when I get home.

This is great and all but why is there STILL no easy way to preview what your spending your spacebucks on!?!?! COME THE HELL ON ALREADY!

You can throw out any lame excuse you want. I don't generally buy ANYTHING from ANYWHERE that I can't either see a picture of or get a hands on with...especially when theres "no refunds".

No Refunds. Thats a pretty ballsy call isn't it?

"Hey, heres this really great doohicy. Its awesome and I know you'll love it but I can't show it to you, just trust me. You won't want a refund anyway."

I don't want some lame workaround or have to visit a "fansite" to see previews of content others have bought. Flame away all you like but is it really too much to ask?

I am so excited for this! My second 360 (first one got RROD two months after the newly extended warranty expired) was stolen and so I lost all of my Bungie Day Downloads. Well with this store I was able to see the download in my history and send it to my 360! I'm so happy that I got Mr. Chief back!
