Damn thanks for this post! Really helpful. =)
ZEBRA NINER @ Nov 25th 2008 10:46AM
One quick note. If the Circuit City in your area is one that was listed to be closed, they will NOT offer these deals. Those stores were sold to a liquidation company, and are not honoring Circuit City advertising.
Maybe I missed it, but what does the red DB indicate?
D dogg @ Nov 25th 2008 10:58AM
I'll take a stab and say "door buster".
JD @ Nov 25th 2008 5:50PM
Futureshop in Canada has the 360 Arcade Bundle on sale for $169.99
CSuchanek @ Nov 25th 2008 10:55AM
I think it means Door Buster. The deal is probably good for a limited time.
Dave @ Nov 25th 2008 10:56AM
DB means "Door Buster" which means you'll have to be there early, and it won't be honored all weekend.

Kohls doesn't sell Xbox games... Or any console games for that matter...

I found this -

I just typed in Xbox 360 in the search.
Ryan @ Nov 25th 2008 12:31PM
I've seen Wii and DS games in the store before... but never games for any other system.
Jesse James @ Nov 25th 2008 12:33PM
Sorry about that... The link it posted was for a tshirt, not sure how that got there -
What it was supposed to hyperlink was this -

Aww I wish we had black friday in the UK. You americans are lucky. You're normal prices are cheaper than ours too!
cranium @ Nov 25th 2008 11:55AM
see, it's not our fault we're so materialistic. we just can't pass up a great deal. we're thrifty!
Deezul @ Nov 25th 2008 11:33AM
Also, Wal-Mart is doing price matching for every store, including doorbusters. So just take your ads to Wal-mart, as long as it's not one of those bundles. For just games you should be good.
limestallc @ Nov 25th 2008 12:02PM
The deal at Blockbuster also includes copies of lego indiana jones and kung fu panda, also its being honored already if you want to beat the traffic on friday.
pjsingh @ Nov 25th 2008 3:24PM
all of them do. its called the xbox 360 2008 holiday package
Arcade's are packed with Sega superstar tennis
Pro and Elite's are packed with kung fu and lego indiana jones
Mike @ Nov 25th 2008 1:26PM
You're missing a ton of Game Crazy deals. RSV2 for $9.99
Sscooby2u @ Nov 25th 2008 6:44PM
I was going to add this as well. Seems like this site always has the GameStop deals and never GameCrazy. Does GS own a piece of this site or what?
As well as a Rainbow Six Vegas 2 brand new for $9.99 GC also has Assasins Creed new for $9.99. I know where I'll be on Friday!
Sscooby2u @ Nov 25th 2008 6:49PM
Oh and Soul Caliber IV for $39.99...I'll take the $10 savings over GameStops price and buy me an xtra game TYVM.
pjsingh @ Nov 25th 2008 3:25PM
i mean all xbox's pro and up
Tegolin @ Nov 25th 2008 3:41PM
The 9.99 guitar controller isn't 3rd party.
Its a Red Octane X-plorer.
Tegolin @ Nov 25th 2008 3:44PM

crossover523 @ Nov 27th 2008 11:13PM
I don't see that in the actual ad... Is there any full page views with that picture? I don't think that small of a picture would be proof enough for them
crossover523 @ Nov 28th 2008 12:15AM
Scratch that, I found a full ad pdf. The asterisk on the screenshot though appears as if the deal is only on the 60 gb pro. :( I am only buying replacement xbox and was gonna just get arcade
saturn1337sts @ Nov 26th 2008 1:58PM
i wanted to point out that i bought the orange box for 360 for $19.99 at best buy this past sunday the 23rd. so it's not much of a black friday thing for that price at circuit city.

kbrad @ Nov 26th 2008 3:31PM
Apparently the Blockbuster Xbox 360 is the 20 GB model instead of the 60 GB. Is this still worth the time?
johnny D @ Nov 28th 2008 10:44AM
overall the Target one is the best Deal if you get the Pro Bundle because of the $50 gift card which you can buy a game and they're selling 3 months for $15bucks each also the guitar hero bundle is pretty good only 55bucks Door buster are stupid rainbow six is only worth like 30bucks used. So id say either Walmart or Target I just got mine from Target pro bundle/game/3month
michealgarcia @ Nov 28th 2008 1:04PM
Where can i buy the 30$ Walmart sports package?
Teh Lup @ Nov 28th 2008 1:38PM
Radioshack has the 60gb Pro system for $250 after a $50 mail in rebate...
