Geometry Wars sucks in 1 million players
If you have yet to try Bizarre Creations' classic Geometry Wars or their latest Geometry Wars 2 on the 360, then you're in the minority and should be ashamed. Ashamed not only because you're missing out on two great games, but because 1 million gamers have already experienced the visual love that GeoWars brings.
No joke, Bizarre just revealed that over 1 million players (how unique, we're not sure) have logged GeoWars scores since November 2005. It's an amazing accomplishment and something YOU should be a part of. Grab the XBLA good here and here.

im pretty sure it comes free with every 360 bundle that has a hdd... but yea if you bought a 360 arcade your probly having enough troubles downloading NXE anyway.

Not really a big accomplishment the first was free. If you had to pay for it then maybe i would be impressed, but probably not.

Wasn't free on my launch day console. Only Hexic has been free from day one. Yaris and Aegis Wing are the only other games that are free for anyone.

It wasn't ever free, unless they just changed it. It's one of the most addictive games I ever played. Highest score I ever got is 7,556,485.

I found it too challenging and difficult to be addicting. I barely can score better than 200k. It's frustrating.

Don't worry h0mi, I suck too!! I can get about the 190k mark if I'm really really lucky, but that's about it...
On the flipside, my GW2 scores suck for a slightly different reason. The game's so blurry that my eyes spend half the time straining to clear up the image, and I end up with a migraine after about 10 minutes of play.
I wasted 800 points on that!!

Geo Wars 1 came free on the memory card I got. It's a great game but part 2 is definately more fun and addicting.

I actually just bought GW1 a few days ago...its addicting and frustrating at the same time but I can't stop playing.
