Video: Banjo visit the Eiffel Tower

After the break, we bring you your random video of the day. The setup: Banjo the bear (from Banjo-Kazooie, of course) has back rent piling up, so he decides to go visit Jinjo in Paris, France. While in Paris, Banjo decides to take in the sights, visit the Eiffel Towel and wander about. Then, suddenly, he spots a Jiggy and must find a way grab the golden puzzle piece while breaking free of traditional platformer restraints. Did we mention the video is live action and features a dude in a bear costume?

Completed this game about a week ago and have to say it's definitely my favourite game this year (which for me includes Halo 3), at first I was a little disappointed but it was nice to play a title that kept getting BETTER rather than losing it's charm, the replayability is amazing.

This video however... not so much. Nah I love the video too, shame the text went by so quick though.

So I just read a statement by Peter Moore and some statements from Rare that talk like Rare is an outdated developer that can't produce "todays" video game hits. I think that is a ridiculous sentiment and people should open their eyes to how good their games really are. Kameo was good (once you got into it), both Viva Pinata games were good with the exception of the stupid party game that came out between the two real games and Banjo is awesome. Rare should get more respect in my opinion.

Reminds me of the pictures of the Crackdown orbs over real-world locations.

Which makes me sad, because it reminds me there are still two agility orbs somewhere in Pacific City that I'll probably NEVER FIND. :(

I'm liking BK, though; picked up the old game on XBLA with my N&B preorder (which the kids are getting for Christmas). Think what you want, Banjo; old-school platforming rocks! :D

My wife got me this for xmas also, i know since she already gave me the preorder bonus code. Anywho, did they release the update to fix the small text yet? Did not enjoy reading that in the demo.
