Video: Resident Evil 'Survivor' Retrospective

On March 13, 2009, Resident Evil 5 runs into stores with modern zombie swiftness. Being that the latest installment is the first time the franchise has ever hit the Xbox platform, X-heads are more than a little excited. Need a primer for some of the Resident Evil story? GameTrailers has released the Survivor Retrospective, a spoiler-rich look back at the adventures of fan-favorite characters Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield.

Kind of a poor retrospective really. Hardly goes into any detail and jumps around a lot at the start.
If I didn't already know RE backwards and forwards, this would just confuse the crap out of me.

Yeah, but it is only focusing on what happens with two of the characters in the whole universe.

I can't stand the Claire because she is the chick from the Big comfy couch.

I know. however this is more of an advert for the movie rather than a proper retrospective.
They really need to do a Resident Evil retrospective though.

I agree. Because besides the Movies and Resident Evil 4, I know nothing. And I still don't know much!

Game Trailers does some pretty good retrospectives. I'd like to see more of many different franchises, including Resident Evil.
