Hold us! Creepy Japanese BioShock commercial is creepy

A new commercial promoting the release of BioShock in Japan on that other system is sweeping YouTube. The commercial features a little girl holding a fishbowl with a model of, what we assume is, the City of Rapture from the game submerged in water. It wouldn't be anything special if it weren't so creepy. The little girl, the background, the music and the voice who whispers something all send chills down our spine. Strange marketing from other countries is strange, we suppose. Oh, top it all off the commercial ends with the girl dropping the bowl, spilling water everywhere! We don't know what the Japanese voice says to her but we venture a guess it was something like, "Simon Says" or "Be a creepy jerk."

Goes hand-in-hand with that original video promoting the release of the PS3, the one where it was like floating in a white room of nothingness....if anyone recalls....

I guess the narrator says "everything is in this girl's hands". Before that he said some things did I didn't get, but I dare to say they're therms related to the game...

That commercial was almost as bad as the game. Bioshock was a huge let down, I don't plan on getting the next one and will urge others to do the same.

I have to respectfully disagree with you there Alien Lord. I thought it was one of the better games that I've played. I do play a fair amount of games from all genre's though. I suppose if you were looking for a shooter only, this wouldn't have been such a great game. The game is definately much more than just a shooter. What didn't you like about this game??
