Columbia movies back on Netflix instant view
Keen-eyed observers (or at least one keen-eyed observer, anyway) over at 360Sync have noticed that movies from Sony's Columbia Pictures are once again available for Netflix streaming on Xbox 360. After the titles were first yanked from the service in November, we later reported that most of the Columbia movies had returned, but it seems that now all of them are available once again. Just to be sure, we decided to see if our beloved Paprika had returned. Lo and behold, it has! Now go and add some movies to your queue! Do it because it's more fun than working.

Anybody know what the exact list of movies are, and for that matter, how many can you see on your instant queue in the dash.

I dunno yet if there is a limit on how many movies you can see on your instant queue in the dash. I can tell you though that I currently have a little over 100 movies in my queue showing on my Xbox.

Not sure about an exact list of new films but I know that the limit on your instant queue is 500. This includes movies that you placed on the queue before but got removed because their time limit on the instant queue service expired due to the licensing agreements Netflix has with those studios. With those expired movies, once they come back on the service they instantly get placed on the queue again. You an also remove them if you wish in order to place more movies on the queue.

In the picture it shows Blade Runner, but that movie is not available for streaming. Whats up with that. Anyone know how they got it?

This is NOT old news. Old news was that SOME Columbia movies were back on Netflix. This news is that the REST of Columbia movies are back on Netflix. I can verify because I just noticed that Reign Over Me, Perfect Stranger, and Surf's Up got put back in my instant queue today.

I have 166 in my instant queue. Blew my mind, so I checked, sure enough, alot of those movies are back.

This is good news, even though I have no idea which ones specifically they are. Wish there was a list somewhere beside just browsing through Netflix...just a text list I mean. Ahh well.

In other Netflix news, I found a set of three episodes of the Mega Man anime while browsing titles available for streaming. Anybody else check it out? XD So bad.

not to burst your bubble but the Sony movies were only unavailible for like a week and then they week back on. You should edit your post sir! ;-)

If you check the old post it states that some of the movies are back. As of last night/this morning all of the ones that disappeared that night have returned. I noticed it as I was jumping between shows on Netflix last night that they suddenly appeared. Thanks.
