I live in Hong Kong, Gadget city and I've never seen a Zune, most people use iPods and recently iPhones. It doesn't seem to matter that Zune is a good product because it has zero appeal among buyers here.

Its a great achievement by Zune but i think this would not replace Apple brand easily as Apple has created a great image amongst the people but it would not be easy for Zune to replace Apple brand unless and until it reduces its price as compare to the price of Apple as it is too expensive and fancy too...........
