Xbox 360 Fancast 113 - General Podcast Failure
Don't worry, kids. Despite the title, this episode of the Fancast is completely functional. Xav is on hiatus to finish up this "school" business he keeps telling us about, so you'd best get used to the absence of his dulcet tones. This week, we talk about the E74 error warranty extension, the Pirate Bay convictions and Bungie's shenanigans in our recent Mythic Halo 3 Challenge. And, of course, we take a look at the latest news and read some fanmail. Come, stay a while and listen.

I too am suspicious of Xav's supposed 'school studies'. I'm convinced he's making moonshine in his basement.
Xav de Matos @ Apr 20th 2009 8:10PM
Moonshine is the attic. Brothel is in the basement.

I hope you check that your girls are clean. Wouldn't want you to get into trouble, if you know what I mean...

Richard
C# is pronounced C Sharp. It is a programming language.
Richard Mitchell @ Apr 22nd 2009 4:56PM
D'oh. I knew that.
DaMan09 @ Apr 20th 2009 10:39PM
With shenanigans occurring within the episode, I can only ponder whether tomfoolery and horseplay is afoot.
kcasey @ Apr 20th 2009 10:46PM
my mistake. in the letter i sent it should be http://www.onnetworks.com/videos/play-value instead of onenetworks.
joe @ Apr 20th 2009 11:43PM
when it says "enhanced" aac, what does that mean, exactly?
Gaymer @ Apr 20th 2009 11:43PM
if you guys record your shows on Sunday... why are they posted up so damn late. They used to be up around 11am, then it went to 12-1pm, and now late evening. wtf guys?
I STILL LOVE YOU ALL BTW. It's just that I love listening to podcasts during my ride to school, or during lunch. No biggie though. Better late then ever :D
Richard Mitchell @ Apr 22nd 2009 4:58PM
This is mainly because I have to balance editing the show with writing posts. Editing takes a long time so it's generally later in the day now.
joeybeast @ Apr 21st 2009 12:15AM
I think Richard pick really good music for the break.
yost @ Apr 21st 2009 1:58AM
the oblvion thing does work ... I got shivering isles off my freinds copy ...
Dustin Burg @ Apr 21st 2009 4:44AM
Greatest. Podcast. Evar.
TheIcemanCometh @ Apr 22nd 2009 7:57AM
Could you guys send Dustin to a "speaking" class please? When he needs to speak for more than 30 seconds, it becomes nothing but a barrage of "uh" and "umm" verbal ticks and it is SO distracting to what he's trying to say. The part at the beginning where he was talking about the challenge with Bungie almost made me stop listening to the rest of the podcast. Good grief.
consaw @ Apr 23rd 2009 10:55PM
Well, not everyone can be as articulate as you.
TheIcemanCometh @ Apr 24th 2009 7:38AM
Thank you very much! I will take that as a compliment.
Michael @ Apr 24th 2009 8:19PM
Richard, C# is pronounced C-sharp (like the musical note), not C pound sign.
Benny @ Apr 25th 2009 8:14AM
The DLC trick with Obivion sounds cool so I tried it with Burnout Paradise, and it doesn't work.
I copied the Ultimate Box onto the hard drive and it shows as just 'Burnout Paradise' but will not allow you to play from the ordinary disc.
So I didn't get the Party Mode for free....oh well....
