Famitsu recommends some Xbox 360 games

As Siliconera points out, half the games on the list are visual novels -- the site can't decide if that's "a good sign since it shows niche Japanese developers are taking an interest in the Xbox 360," or a bad sign because there was nothing else for Famitsu to recommend. Somebody order more JRPGs like Eternal Sonata, Infinite Undiscovery, Star Ocean and Tales of Vesperia!

Now, if only we could get some of those visual novels released
*outside* of Japan I'd be happy. They'd definitely be day 1 purchases
for me.

I don't think 'Kiss on my Deity' would go down well.. or what ever 'Next Relation' is about, but it doesn't sound appealling, maybe only in Japan.. :S

I'm surprised no one mentioned Blue Dragon. Not that I think it's good game.

I was going to say the same thing. I think it's because Blue Dragon is almost 3 years old in Japan, this is a bit newer recommendations.
But absolutely great game.

damn, i wish that they would some VN's for us Australia, US and Europe. cant they at least try to translate some and give them a chance? i would defiantly buy full price to preorder VN's.

I know Lost Odyssey didn't sell very well in Japan but it is a great game. I definitely would recommend that for Japanese gamers into RPGs.
