Wasn't Sam & Max supposed to be 1200? and least that's what I heard here on the stiq'... still might get it though I liked the demo...

Nevermind that I guess I was tired that day... read an older blog post and 20 bucks seems about right considering its cheaper than the wii version or something like that.
P.S. That Rocket Riot game is wierd lol.

My favorite featured on Joystiq... thanks for the reviews of the new content. Was most curious about Magic, but now am tempted to check out Sam & Max.

I bought Magic and it looks like I'm definitely going to get 800 points worth of fun out of it. I've alreadly spent several hours on the campaign and am not even 1/8 of the way through. I hate that you can't really customize your deck except by adding up to 17 cards to it, but other than that, it is still fun.

Wow, that was... the driest Rocket Riot review I've seen yet! XD Suprising, I really have generally agrees with "X360fanboy" on most of this stuff, but I'm surprised that the Bomberman-like fun of RR seemed to have slipped pass you guys.
There seemed to be more excitement for MTG and Sam&Max here... funny, as most of what I heard of Magic around the webs is that it's "Okay", and I haven't heard much of SnM other than "It's a great value for a great PC game, that I'll buy again now!".
Anyway, I think RR is great, and it really seems to click with those that "Get it", music, gameplay, utter chaos that ensues in the harder stages, the amount of varied gameplay with the modes and unlockable characters (100 in all)... I understand how one could find it dry if they really don't get into it, but trust me, it's got a lot to offer, so I encourage anyone here, who might be on the fence, to give it a chance! ^_^

Don't get me wrong, I think Rocket Riot is a decent game, it just didn't wow me. I think it would be a lot of fun as a party game, though.

1600 MS points for Sam & Max? Is this a joke?

It's the entire first season. It's $30 on steam. I do believe it's $30 new on Wii as well. You can buy the DVD of the PC version direct from Telltale Games for $20. So in short, one of the least expensive versions of Sam & Max Season 1 is this XBLA version. Please explain why you think it's a joke. You WANT to pay more? Then go buy it for $30 on steam. I'll take it for $20 on XBLA thanks.
