Weta's Cortana statue unboxed, fabulous

About a year ago, Weta -- the studio behind the effects and sets in the Lord of the Rings films -- announced it was producing several Halo collectibles, including an awfully gorgeous Cortana statue. It looks like a Halo fan by the name of MsValentine has finally laid hands on one and, lucky for us, she decided to share the unboxing pictures with the whole internet. These things are going for upwards of $150, so, unless you've got the cash to throw around, this might be the only chance you'll have to actually see one.
Our verdict: It looks pretty slick, apart from that distracting Master Chief hand.

looks nothing like her (in the face). Not that I'm gonna get it either way. But if i was considering spending 150 bucks on this I'd want it to really look like her.

Not worth $150USD imo.
I guess it's coz i'm just not a die hard HALO Fan.

I honestly don't know what to say, part of me wants to make fun of then general person for buying this/wanting to buy this/wishing they could buy this but the other part wants me to congratulate Weta on selling a piece of plastic to adults for $150.

Freaking gorgeous in my opinion face doesn't look all that like hers but its still great.

Considering I have official Cortana concept art signed by McLees herself, this is fail.
I'm sure some will spend the money, though.
