New details on upcoming Cave shmups
After revealing plans to release more of its shoot-em-ups to the Japanese market, Cave has released new details on some of its upcoming ports. First up is Mushihime-Sama Futari 1.5, a 2006 arcade game. Mushihime-Sama Furtari 1.5 will receive a limited edition, which includes a two-disc soundtrack and a download code for Mushihime-Sama Futari 1.1. The game will release on November 26 in Japan.
Next is Espagaruda II, a 2005 arcade game, which will release on 360 in Spring 2010. If you're hoping to see these shmups head overseas, don't hold your breath. Cave's previous Xbox 360 effort, DeathSmiles, has yet to see release outside of Japan, making a stateside release less than likely for Mushihime-Sama Futari 1.5 and Espagaruda II.

I think these would be fun things for Atlus or Aksys to pick up. Instead of stuff like Zoids Assault...

I wish these games would come to North America...because I'm a masochist.

I would really love if they were kind enough to NOT make those games region-locked. It's not like they'll be released in the US. :/

Agreed with all of you. These games DESERVE a U.S. release.
@Badaro:
Region-locking is pretty much a method of glorified censorship. Plus they're all just ASKING for less sales.

I love shmups, but I really hate how these never use the full freakin' screen... :/
