Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen DLC goes old school

The DLC -- which also adds new achievements and trophies to the game -- will be available for 800

- Generation One Optimus Prime
- Generation One Megatron
- Generation One Starscream
- Generation One Sunstorm
- Soundwave
- Sideswipe
- Jazz
- Jetfire (multiplayer only)
New Skins
- Generation One colors Ratchet
- Generation One colors Sideswipe
- Stealth Colors Bumblebee
New Maps:
- Courtyard – set in the U.S. east coast, pitting players directly in a central action area flanked by open skies and tall skyscrapers
- Hillside – takes players to the urban backdrop of Cairo, where players will fight in the war-torn streets and alleyways of a ruined cityscape
- Sandstorm – transports players to yet another section of Cairo, populated with low buildings and wide-open regions

Hi!
My comment was edited for extreme ignorance!
LegendaryRedass @ Aug 23rd 2009 7:01PM
Now that's the kind of class I'd expect. Nuff said.

@mccoy-laddd
... After reading you recent comments, I'm inclined to ask a question.
What the fuck is wrong with you?
iPunch @ Aug 23rd 2009 7:22PM
Ahhh, there we go. Its been edited!
Thanks 'stiq!!! Keepin the idiots in line. Keepin em in line.
Jampirow @ Aug 23rd 2009 7:35PM
Aww, now I'm curious about what he posted, even if it was a pinnacle of idiocy.
Kdiggy @ Aug 23rd 2009 7:52PM
Joystiq FTW!
Dowse @ Aug 23rd 2009 8:02PM
Question is; why does he keep posting that he'd rather place an 81 year olds genitals in his mouth than play every game ever invented.
He probably enjoyed all the games he's criticizing, but 81 year old Herbert is too good to miss.

They shouldve included G1 skins for all the transformers from the very begining if they wanted the game to sell. Those movie designs are horrible, i know they cant exactly make em look like the cartoon but geesh, they couldve atleast try to make something that dont look like 50ft high walking scrapmetal
IHateBioshock @ Aug 24th 2009 3:42AM
I agree. I like the movies (A bit) but as a transformers fan as a kid (84+) can't help but see the 'movie designs' as extremely generic and completely lacking character compared to 'true' G1 Designs. The above skins look 1000x better than the movie style.
I kinda hate 'Bay for what he did tbh... (I know I'm hardly alone, or orginal in that thought) though some TF movie is better than none I guess.

TF:RotF's MP is terrible.. why would anyone want dlc? but then the 'Activision' logo explains why it exists.. money grabbing fu....

Great Game but I got bored with it a few weeks ago and got rid of it again
Rishard Chapoteau @ Aug 24th 2009 9:03AM
I didn't buy the game because this is something that should have been in the game at launch. I'm sure not going to buy the game and spend an extra $10 on top of it to do so.
The best Transformers Game was the G1 game that never got released in America for the PS2.
eddy @ Aug 24th 2009 9:21AM
Eh, that G1 game was pretty crappy. Looked great, but the gameplay was awful.
Best Transformers game to date was the TF: Armada based game for PS2. Beautiful, great gameplay AND great voice work to boot.
