Star Wars Republic Heroes demo caters to disturbing lack of faith

Not to be confused with the infamous military standoff prompted by the worldwide shortage of Old Spice in the early 1950s, The Clone Wars were first mentioned by Obi-Wan Kenobi in Star Wars: A New Hope. The fictional saga has since been depicted in George Lucas' prequel trilogy, an animated TV series and several video games, including a new entry from Krome Studios.

A demo for (here comes the full title) Star Wars The Clone Wars: Republic Heroes is available on Xbox Live, roughly a month before the full version's October 6 release.

Oh, right, we'd better work in another Star Wars reference over here. Umm, hey, why haven't you downloaded this Star Wars demo yet? What is Tarkin you so long?

Glad I'm not the only one who thought Obi-Wan called it the "Cologne Wars" when I was a kid. (Oddly enough, when I heard about Dune and the fighting over "spice", I thought they might've been related...)

Now, did anyone else wonder why he heard millions of oysters cry out in terror and were suddenly silenced?

Hmm, you'd think Xbox.com would update the release date with that much lead time. It still says 09/15/09.

This demo sucks monkey balls. This should have been a 1200 Points game not a full fledged title. Looks and play horrible.
