Xbox 360 Fancast 133 -- Bro'in Out, eh?
Even with Richard and Dustin heading off to PAX, the X3F train rolls on. Alexander and Xav tackle a pile of Fanmail and bring special guest Jake Reardon (Xbox Canada's Community Manager) along for the journey. We laugh, discuss the gaming industry and drink brandy from fancy glasses ... like gentlemen.

Alright, about the crackdown orb god that took me forever to find. Thank god I'm done with that. Well, the agility orbs at least.

Alex, what's wrong with being called Andrew... though I guess when it's not your name it could be classed as annoying... And I don't particularly like it, sooo, yeah fair enough.

In your talk about Ashes Cricket, someone called cricket an obscure sport.
An obscure sport?
That is as ridiculous as me calling Baseball, Ice Hockey and Gridiron obscure sports because almost no-one here (in Australia and most of the world) plays them.
They are all popular sports to their own fans.
You do know cricket is the most popular bat and ball team game in the whole world, yes even more popular than baseball.
More people than the entire population of North America watch some cricket matches.
It is the National summer sport of many countries, including England, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, the entire Sub-continent (India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh), the West Indies (Jamaica, Barbados etc) and several others.
Modern International cricket includes versions that are faster paced than baseball.
Twenty20 cricket lasts under 3 hours but will produce between 300 and 400 runs.
There will be more balls hit into the crowd (sixes) in 1 game, than home runs scored in several baseball games.
The player featured on the cover is Kevin Pietersen (England) or Ricky Ponting (Australia) depending on which country you buy it in.
Of course being an Aussie (from Tasmania) I'll be getting the Ricky Ponting (A fellow Tasmanian) version.
BTW the Ashes are supposedly the ashes of a bail (not bats as mentioned)
Love the show. You are by far the best Xbox 360 podcast out there.

Curse your Ash jokes! D:

Xav. I think you meant "How I Met Your Mother" not "The Big Bang Theory." I don't think there is a Canadian chick on The Big Bang Theory.
Xav de Matos @ Sep 11th 2009 7:31PM
Keep listening to the show. I corrected myself later.
