Remember Market Garden with a Hell's Highway Achievement on Sept. 17

Since Ubisoft's tactical shooter was delayed from its original Holiday 2007 date into late September '08, the Achievement has never been available for players to unlock. Until now. So on Thursday, September 17, grab a copy of Hell's Highway and fire up those Xbox 360 consoles. Because who can say "no" to freebie Gamerscore points?

Ah, yes, good ol' WAR WAR II. Far warier than War War I. In fact, it was the wariest of them all.
iamnick @ Sep 11th 2009 11:25PM

Buy it used at GameStop. You have 7 days to return a used game for any reason, including 'This game sucks'.

Why not just set the clock on your Xbox...?
jeff @ Sep 11th 2009 11:07PM
Of course, Why didnt I think of it sooner. Thank you savior of the internet!
aenimiac @ Sep 12th 2009 7:09AM
Because you have to be signed into Live, which automatically sets your clock iirc.

Does anyone actually like the game? I got excited when it first was announced, since y'know, I'm from The Netherlands and all and this whole operation is a big part of our history.
Aaaand Then I played the demo....
aenimiac @ Sep 12th 2009 7:10AM
I enjoyed it enough to buy it. It took me a while to get into though I have to admit.
TheIcemanCometh @ Sep 12th 2009 7:24AM
I actually liked it, yes. It was better than I thought it would be. I didn't play the multiplayer except to get the achievements, but the campaign was good. The length was good, gameplay was very good, the graphics and sound were good, and the story was good enough.
So yeah. I would give it about an 8.0 or so. Which is still good to me. I know a lot of people will say "Wow! That game only got an 8.0? That SUCKS!" For some reason people think anything less than a 10 is a bad game. Untrue.
NukeAssault @ Sep 12th 2009 8:33PM
I bought it because of the demo. I really enjoyed it. =D

Didn't the allies lose in Operation Market Garden (OMG)?
aenimiac @ Sep 12th 2009 7:14AM
The operation as a whole was a failure, yes. Whether you call that 'losing' is up to you I guess.

I just bought Hell's Highway last week and finally was able to start playing it last night. I'll be sure to play on the 17th, to grab that achievement.
To answer MystileArmor question, I like the game so far (though I'm not too far). I also really liked the first Brothers in Arms on the original Xbox. Unfortunately I haven't played the second game (though I plan on getting it just to play through it).
Juande [Xylon Uxkid] @ Sep 12th 2009 11:26PM
Too bad I dont have it anymore! Good game BTW, really fun.
YoRone22 @ Sep 13th 2009 9:02PM
How come people on MGC have this achievement? I thought Microsoft banned all the cheaters. Christ.
Jawmuncher @ Sep 14th 2009 12:19AM
Seems they only care about grabbing them if they cheat their game sadly.
