Does anyone know if games are selling well at the price-points they're releasing them at? Most (not all, but most) of them are so horribly over-priced I wouldn't think they are... but then every week more games for at least $10 more than you can find them for NEW at any national retailer. Bear witness the cost of a new copy of Shaun White:

Are they gonna keep this up until people break down and start paying unreasonable prices for games, or are they going to lower the prices to at least make them in line with the wider game market?
I find this distressing because I'd love to hop on-board with the service. I don't care about packaging or reselling my games, but I can't bring myself to spend 150% of the cost I can get a version of the game I CAN resell and DOES have packaging. Why the hell are they pricing these so poorly?

They say it is a convenience thing. I guess going to the store is not convenient these days.

I'll tell you what's convenient. No packaging, no shipping, not splitting sales, and the same price or even more. Pretty convenient for Microsoft.

I have to admit, I bought Mass Effect on Games on Demand. Biggest waste of hard-drive space EVER. The game was absolutely amazing, but the 6.8 gigs it takes up, it's like, unless if you have the 120 gig HDD then you're gonna have to delete some stuff. I have the 20 gig HDD that came with the first kind Xbox 360s that were released. I need to upgrade. :\

Oh, and I forgot to add:
Just go buy it at a used game store for 1/4th of it's price. Seriously. A lot easier, and you save hard drive space, too.
