Now famously known as the final chapter in the Ninja Gaiden series with famed developer Tomonobu Itagaki at the helm, Ninja Gaiden II has received generally favorable reviews (with most complaints aimed squarely at camera issues.)

Taking place two years after the events in the original Xbox adventure, Ryu returns to battle evil which will ultimately ... well, we wouldn't want to ruin it for you!

While this appears to be Itagaki-san's curtain call for the series, we'd like to say it has been a pleasure to live out his, crazy, Ninja Gaiden universe.

Ninja Gaiden II hits retail today, so what are you waiting for?!
