Nintendo Channel gets ripped with a manly demo (plus some others)

It's Monday, again. Usually, we'd frown and mope about all day, what with it being the beginning of another week of tirelessly blogging and all, but Mondays are turning into more of a celebration for us. We get new gaming content every week on this day!

Nintendo has updated the Everyone's Nintendo Channel on the Wii to include some sweet demos this week, so if you're in the mood for something new to play, you'll find it here. Aside from last week's demos, you'll also find several new ones. Head on past the break for the list of new demos available.

Deals: Cheap MS points and get Mass Effect free

This week we're all business, because we have an overly long list of retail deals to ramble off. So, we'll forgo the fluffy intro and just get to it.

Starting with Best Buy, all this week they're giving away a copy of Call of Duty 3 with the purchase of Enemy Territory: Quake Wars and a free $10 gift card with purchase of The Incredible Hulk. Best Buy also discounted a few accessories, offering the Messenger Kit for $20, Wireless Headset for $50 and Vision Camera for $30. Heading over to Circuit City, you can snag a free $10 gift card with the purchase of either NASCAR 09 or Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit, get the Rock Band bundle for $155 and BioShock or Mass Effect for $32. They're also offering Burnout Paradise for $40, Frontlines: FoW or MX vs. ATV for $48, Need for Speed Carbon for $24 and our favorite CC deal of the week, 1600 Microsoft points for $15. Next up is Target, where they're giving away a FREE copy of Mass Effect with the purchase two of the listed Xbox 360 titles including Ninja Gaiden II ($60), RSV2 ($40), Scene It? ($50), Gears of War ($40), NASCAR 09 ($60) or Assassin's Creed ($40). And finally, because we love our Canadian readers so much, we hopped on over to Best Buy Canada and discovered they're offering two free games with any Xbox 360 console purchase (selection based on one of four game bundles) and a 12 Month Xbox Live subscription card for $50. Now run along and have a spectacular time shopping.

WRUP: 'Indiana was the dog's name' edition

This week's releases only show one title that we're particularly interested in (hint: it's pictured in the post above), but that's not to say other notable titles aren't releasing. Some of you have been following The Incredible Hulk, we're sure, as its promise to let you destroy tons of stuff will be enough to get you on board. Actually, reading that last sentence, we're kind of interested, too.

Anywho, what will you be playing this weekend? Going to pick up LEGO Indiana Jones? Going to pick something else up, perhaps a WiiWare game? What are you playing?

It's deals time! Bourne, LEGO Indy and more

You've been waiting for it and now it's finally here. It's Sunday deals time where we dig through the Sunday newspaper, pull out the retail ads for the week, toss the actual news part of the newspaper in the garbage, look for Xbox 360 deals and share with you our findings. It's always good times! So, let's get to the money savings fun ...

This week, Best Buy is offering Guitar Hero III for $75, a chance to buy an Indiana Jones DVD for $5 with the purchase of LEGO Indiana Jones, a free Bourne DVD with the purchase of The Bourne Conspiracy, $5 in concession money with Kung Fu Panda and they're still offering a free $50 gift card with purchase of an Xbox 360 console and GTAIV. Circuit City is giving out a free tshirt and a character unlock with LEGO Indiana Jones, a free Bourne DVD with the purchase of The Bourne Conspiracy, a free plush toy with Kung Fu Panda, Overlord for $15, a free Ryu wall graphix with Ninja Gaiden II and a $10 gift card with the purchase of either The Incredible Hulk or GRID. Finally, Target is giving away a $10 gift card with The Bourne Conspiracy. Phew!

As always, feel free to comment about any deals you find when you are on your own weekly Xbox 360 deal search. Happy shopping!

Gamestop offers an incredibly sunburned Hulk

For comic book gamers who just gotta experience everything Hulk related and will be picking up The Incredible Hulk on June 6th, you may want to head to Gamestop for an exclusive goodie. They're the only retailer who is offering an Xbox 360 exclusive in-game red Hulk character that's so darn red that we'd almost recommend he make a doctors visit to be sure that it isn't the result of over exposure to the sun. Not that the Hulk's normally green hue is any healthier, we just get concerned when we spot anyone who resembles a cooked lobster.

The Incredible Hulk features incredible voice talent

SEGA just announced the voice talent behind the upcoming (and totally movie based ) game The Incredible Hulk and, wouldn't you know, the actors from the movie are playing their video game roles. Odd. Among those listed are stars like Edward Norton, Liv Tyler, Tim Roth, Tim Blake Nelson and William Hurt who will all lend their voices and physical likeness to The Incredible Hulk video game. You can read the completely complete press release after the break. We also figured it would be rather humorous to point out the glaring typo that was present in the press release's subject line that read "SEGA ANNOUNCES VOICE TALENT FOR THE INCREDIBLE HULKT VIDEO GAME AND RELEASES NEW SCREENSHOTS". A mistake like that would make the "HULKT" green with anger.

First screens of 'The Incredible Hulk' on Wii

True story: We were originally going to call this post "The Incredible Hulk on Wii looks like The Incredible Hulk on 360 and PS3, but worse," but we realized that if we did that, we would be hitting the nail so squarely on the head that we wouldn't have anything to say in the actual post. So ... these screenshots from The Incredible Hulk on Wii look like the ones from The Incredible Hulk on 360 and PS3, but, you know, worse.

Looks aside, all we actually want from the Wii version is really good Wiimote implementation, like being able to slam both 'mote and 'chuk down at the same time and destroy everything within a city block. Don't worry, we're not holding our breath. Check out all the screens below, we've added the next gen pics after the jump for your comparing pleasure.

Video: The Incredible Hulk breaks stuff

All ready for Edward Norton's "interesting" green giant film (no, not that green giant) The Incredible Hulk, SEGA just released the debut trailer for The Incredible Hulk video game. And for Hulk purists, you don't have to worry. SEGA didn't switch up anything too drastically seeing that it's one of those ever popular film based games. You'll still be playing a green Hulk, you'll still be strong, you'll still break stuff and you'll still be angry. Very Hulk-like, no? Watch the trailer, decide if you enjoy what you see and, while you're at it, garner an opinion for the film as well. Personally, we're giving both the movie and the game a "meh" and will be focusing our video game destruction appetite towards Prototype.

The Incredible Hulk captured in screenshots

Click to embiggen. That's right, we said "embiggen."

It's a Banner year for Sega, with the publisher getting ready to unleash The Incredible Hulk this June alongside the Edward Norton-starring film and franchise reboot. Marvel's green goon will be gleefully smashing things on just about every platform imaginable (sorry, PSP!) in what we hope will be similar gameplay to that found in 2005's The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction.

Sega promises that no building will be left unscathed as you do battle with classic Hulk villains such as Abomination, Bi-Beast and, judging by the background of the above screenshot, Mister Clip. "Muahaha, you call those collisions, Hulk? I can barely detect them! Etc!"
